Greetings to all & more blessings to PHNO for an outstanding service you are providing to the community. My heart & soul goes out in admiration to Pres. Estrada for his humility & humbleness shown to Cardinal Sin & to everybody as he plead & practically beg to the PAL management & Union members to save our nations Flag Carrier. Let us all join together in offering a silent prayer from the bottom of our heart for a smooth & harmonious settlement of this crisis. May God be with us. MABUHAY ANG PILIPINAS!!!

I wish to express my thanks to the people of the Philippines for the kind and considerate treatment that I received wherever we traveled in your country. That songwriting article has elicited a lot of positive responses from our OFWs around the world. I passed on their queries to the Information Officer of the Dept of Labor, who I hoped would take care of their requests. I'll give them your inquiry also. And if I get any additional information, I will let you know.

Thank you for including an article on the surfers who've come fromCalifornia to teach the students in Daet to compete. They are actuallyfrom San Diego - La Costa Canyon High School, but the organization they'relinked to is based in L.A.My daughter is one of only two girls who is along on the trip. Shewas really looking forward to learning about the culture and people of thePhilippines, as well as surfing in a new ocean. Although I'm sure theyare having a wonderful, memorable time, it's difficult for the parentsbecause we are not as familiar with your country and we have not heardmuch at all from our children. I have printed a copy of the article whichyou posted at your site for my daughter, Lauren McFarland to read when shecomes home. Thanks again for giving recognition to these students whoraised the money for the trip themselves and were so willing to sharetheir love of surfing with others in another country so many miles fromhome.Sincerely,Julie Stevens

My visit to your site is prompted by curiousity. Someone I know, at present, is a visitor in your country. Thus, I have been at the computer trying to find out a little about the country, and the culture. Your articles have brought to me a sense of some of the key players, issues and concerns in your part of the world. Thank-you! I will ask this, and if inappropriate for any reason I will also apologise now. I have studied Taoism, a couple of courses in university and was so suprised to see that you have a temple, and that it is open to the public. It is very difficult to access information on this religion/lifestlye here. I would be very greatful if anyone could/would provide me with additional information about the temple. I will bookmark this site for future reference. Have a good day!

Reading through your site every now and then gives me a good feeling and lots of hope about Filipinos ourside their country. Just now, I've been through surfing the Philippine News Link site and it gave me a terrible feeling. Particularly when I read the "Only in the Philippines". I don't wish to ever go back to that site. It's full of hatred and bitterness!!! If you want to know anything to be ashamed of for being a Filipino, go surf that page and see what I mean. In fact, their feeling rubs on me, I feel hatred for what they do, on-line yet! Sorry, I just can't help it. Please don't ever trun that way! Just keep on giving us hope, please............
