Dear Sir/MadamI am a filipino student taking up a postgrad. course here in Spain. I
have been receiving the phno news for several months now and indeed I am very grateful for
all these services. Lately I have been trying to delist my subscription since I´ll be out
of Pamplona for thwo months. But it seems that I always fail in following the instruction
as to how can I stop my subscription. Thus I would appreciate it very much if you could

particularly of barrio Alapan, shall be indebted to her for correctly identifying the
barrio as the site of the first public display of the Philippine flag, after the
revolutionary victory at the Battle of Alapan.While I am from the neighboring barrio of
Pag-asa (formerly Tinabunan) in Imus, Cavite, my father is from Alapan. I still remember
my grandfather, Crisanto Candalla, as a participant in one of those revolutionary parades
they held annually every May 28th, in celebration of that victory. Again, my thanks to Sol
