THE PACQUIAOS WILL SOON BE RESIDING IN FORBES PARK, MAKATI CITY
MANILA, JUNE 16, 2011 (MALAYA) ETHEL RAMOS (‘The Pacquiaos plan to move into their new home at Cambridge Street in North Forbes this August.’)
The family of Pinoy boxing icon and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao will soon be living in Forbes Park in Makati City.
The Pacquiaos plan to move into their new home on Cambridge Circle in North Forbes this August. Forbes Park is probably the most expensive residential area in the country.
This early, their immediate neighbors including Sen. Loren Legarda, GMA Network president Felipe Gozon, Tonyboy Cojuangco and his wife Gretchen Baretto as well as the Thai ambassador have already expressed excitement over the Pacquaios’ move to the neighborhood.
So, can we expect Jinkee and Gretchen to become friends in time?
Jinkee is already a friend of foreign actress-socialite Paris Hilton. Their friendship started during Pacman’s fight with Shane Mosley at Las Vegas last May 7. Paris was one of the high profile celebrities who watched the bout. Her presence had sealed a friendship with the Pacquiaos who were very gracious in having her in the audience. They are aiming to be business partners. Now, all three of them are text mates and Paris reportedly plans to visit the country soon to put up a beach club in the south.
John Estrada and wife Priscilla Meirelles wanted to have a baby in 2012. "No wonder the two of them are working overtime," John’s friend jokingly said.
The baby will be his first child with Priscilla, whom he married last February at Thunderbird Resorts in La Union.
John has four kids with his former wife Janice de Belen – Inah, Moira, Kayla, and Yuan.
Among the original cast of the movie "Temptation Island," which Regal Films released some 30 years ago, only Azenith Briones, Deborah Sun, and Dina Bonnevie have remained in the country.
The two others, Bambi Arambulo, and former beauty queen Jennifer Cortez are now in the US. Nothing has been heard from the two.
In the case of Azenith, she now has three kids – all boys – the eldest of whom is an engineer.
Deborah, after serving her prison sentence at Correctional Institution for Women, is now back to acting. "Hopefully, permanently," she said.
Aside from doing a guest role in the remake of the "Temptation Island," Deborah is now in ABS-CBN’s "Reputasyon."
Cristine Reyes, together with Zanjoe Marudo, topbills the new teleserye "Reputasyon."
Dina, on the other hand, is still active in showbiz. In her free time,, she said, she plays with her apo, courtesy of daughter Danica, who is married to cager Marc Pingris.
Soon, Dina said, she will have two additional grandchildren. Danica and Oyo’s wife, Kristine Hermosa, are both pregnant.
Danica and Oyo are Dina’s children with Vic Sotto.
This August, the new "Temptation Island" will be shown. Starring Marian Rivera, Heart Evangelista, Solenn Heusaff, Rufa Mae Quinto and Lovi Poe with Tom Rodriguez, Aljur Abrenica, Mikael Daez and John Lapus.
The late Joey Gosiengfiao directed the original "Temptation Island," while the remake is directed by Cris Martinez.
Expect John Prats and Rachell Ann Go’s romance to turn sour, if it’s true that John is seriously going after beauty-queen-turned-actress Bianca Manalo.
John and Bianca are regular mainstays of "Happy Yippee Yehey!," the daily noontime variety show on ABS-CBN.
Of course, neither John nor Bianca will confirm this report. But they are also not denying it.
One of their co-hosts in the noontime show, Toni Gonzaga, predicted that a romance will blossom.
Rachelle Ann, are you listening?
