Mark Herras is rumored to have found a new love in Ynna Asistio, daughter of Nadia Montenegro who got him as her personal escort when she celebrated her recent debut. But Mark says Ynna is just a good friend. "Actually, I’m a friend of their whole family," he says. "Nakasama na nila kong magbakasyon ng buong family nila kaya naging close ako sa kanila. Si Ynna is just a younger sister for me."

Does he feel insecure about the new batch of "Starstruck" discoveries that will be introduced soon?

"Noong 2nd and 3rd batch, I admit may kaba ako, but now, no more. Six years na yung batch namin and I think we’ve proven enough. I’m glad nga involved kami ng ibang stars from other batches in the search for ‘Starstruck 5’ and they ask for our comments. As for me, I want to reinvent myself, kaya nga I want to leave na my teenybopper image at nagpapalaki ko ng katawan for a more mature image."

His last girlfriend was still Lian Paz two years ago. He’s still loveless but Lian is now pregnant with Paolo Contis as the dad. "Paolo and I have the same manager, si Tita Lolit Solis, so okay kami, no problem. Matagal nang tapos yun sa’min ni Lian so I wish them all the best, I’m happy for them na magkaka-baby na sila."

He says he’s single but how come he and Jennylyn Mercado are extra sweet to each other on the set of their 6 PM soap, "Ikaw Sana"?

"Yung sweetness namin ni Jen, di na mawawala yun kasi nanatili naman ang friendship namin even when we broke up. Basta happy kami sa ‘Ikaw Sana’ at heto nga, lalong gumanda ang story na sobrang bilis ng pacing. Pauleen Luna as Sofia learns that Jen as Eliza finally gets acquitted and is released from jail, so she asks me na sa abroad na kami tumira. Seven years quickly pass but I realize I still love Jen, who gets stabbed by a hired killer ni Pinky Marquez as Loreta kaya 50-50 ang buhay niya."

Luigi or Igiboy Muhlach, love son of Aga Muhlach and Janice de Belen, had a very quiet wedding at Hacienda Isabella in Tagaytay on October 24. The bride is a non-showbiz girl named Patricia Monique Petil who’s said to be already on the family way. It’s said Janice doesn’t exactly approve of the wedding as she thinks Igi is still too young to start his own family. But studies show that most love children marry early as they’re looking for love in having families of their own. As we know, Aga is happily married to Charlene and a devoted dad to their twins, while Janice also has four kids with John Estrada. But all of them were present at Igi’s wedding, which was shouldered by Aga. Aunt Gelli with husband Ariel Rivera and two sons also attended the affair. The wedding photos are posted on the Facebook account of Inah, the eldest daughter of Janice and John.

Igi looks so hefty. He obviously inherited his mom’s fat-prone genes as he’s even bigger than his dad.

Lovi Poe took the lie detector test in John Lapus’ Don’t Lie to Me segment in "Showbiz Central" and was asked if she’s still sore at Rosanna Roces for maligning her because of Jolo Revilla.

She said no but it’s a lie. She said she no longer wants to explain why it came out as such. "Siempre nasaktan ako, pero hindi ako galit and I’m happy sinuportahan ako ng mga tao sa paligid ko that time," she adds. "But I’ve learned to let it go kasi waste of time and energy kung bibigyang-pansin ko pa yan."

Was a third party involved in her breakup with Jolo? She said no and it’s true. She explained that the breakup was caused by the people around them. "Ayoko lang na hindi ako nire-respect kaya biglang umayaw na ko kasi ayoko dumating sa point na mawala ang respect ko sa kapwa tao ko."

Is Ronald Singson, son of Chavit and ex of Sunshine Dizon, her new boyfriend? She said no and again, it’s true. "Close friend ko lang siya and I feel bad that so many parties get affected by this issue. We have common friends at nagkataon lang nandun ako, nandun siya, binigyan na agad ng ibang kulay. I feel hurt as I’m not the type of woman na ganun kabilis magpalit ng boyfriend. Si Jolo, napakabait na tao at wala naman siyang kasalanang ginawa sa’kin. Nakakahiya kay Ronald Singson and I want to say sorry to him kasi nadamay pa siya rito."

Pia Guanio turned a year older on Nov. 1 and "Showbiz Central" paid tribute to her. There are VTRs of greeting from a high school friend who revealed her real dream is to be a lawyer like her dad, not to be in showbiz. Does she regret not going into law?

"We can make plans but God directs our steps. I know God has a very good plan for me in showbiz that’s why I’m here."

Ryan Agoncillo greeted her and praised her for being very professional and warm to work with. "Ryan and I were both apprehensive showbiz personalities as we just wanted to host. We don’t like to act, sing and dance. But now, we’re both all over the place and we’re enjoying it. I work seven days a week but it’s good I enjoy what I do so it does not feel like work."

After four years of being on with Vic, his older brother Tito Sotto congratulated Pia’s magic tounch on Vic who’s now happier and no longer lonely. They just came from a vacation in South Africa that they both enjoyed and proved to be very memorable. The last one of who greeted Pia was her dad, Val, who praised her for being a good daughter who never gave them any problem except when she’d go home late at night, giving them sleepless nights. They felt relieved when she hosted an early morning show so she had to go home early from then on. Her dad also wants to know as to when she’s getting married as he wants to have a grandson. "No pressure," he says. "It’s up to you. Just do what you like and whatever it is that makes you happy."
