FOUR  GUYS  AND  SARAH

MANILA, OCTOBER 27, 2009
(MALAYA) A glittering array of A-list guest performers is expected to add sizzle to Sarah Geronimo’s "Record Breaker" concert at the Araneta Coliseum on November 7.

Sharing the stage with the box-office queen will be Billy Crawford, Luis Manzano and Vhong Navarro.

And there’s more!

Also joining the show is the international singing sensation Charlie Green.

Sarah is definitely excited about "Record Breaker," her fourth stint at the Big Dome. The first three were all smash hits, so a lot is expected of her upcoming show.

But Sarah doesn’t feel the pressure at all. "For me, it’s not important whether the show is a sell-out or not. My goal is to satisfy my audience, to give them quality entertainment," she says.

The dazzling line-up of guests also boosts her confidence. She has just finished a provincial tour with Billy, who does not hide his high regard for Sarah as a total performer and her rapport with her fans.

Luis and Sarah, meanwhile, are the best of friends. The two could be making a movie together soon.

Vhong, always the funnyman, will provide the antics and will also show off his singing prowess and fancy moves onstage.

Charlie Green zoomed to fame after mesmerizing the viewers of "Britain’s Got Talent" in 2008 with his rendition of classical songs.

"He’s still young but he’s already amazingly talented," says Sarah of Charlie. "Imagine performing at the Royal Opera House!"

Rico Gutierrez, in charge of production for "Record Breaker," promises to unveil a different Sarah in the concert.

"We will make her another Celine Dion," Rico says. "The concert will engage the audience’s senses. We’ll have six spectacular Las Vegas segments," he adds.

Louie Ocampo is the musical director for "Record Breaker."

Indeed, Viva Concerts and Events is pulling out all stops for the show, preparing lavish production numbers and sequences to create an extravaganza.

Ahead of the concert, Sarah is putting the finishing touches to "Your Christmas Girl," a music video for the album of the same title.

The album, due for release in November, will feature original compositions like the title track and all-time Yuletide favorites like "Give Love on Christmas Day" and "Have Yourself a Very Merry Christmas."
