RHIAN Ramos is bothered by persistent reports that she’s out to snatch Dingdong Dantes from Marian Rivera.

"I really don’t know why I’m being portrayed as a flirt who’s out to steal a guy na alam ng lahat na meron nang iba," she says while taping "Stairway to Heaven" in her new persona as Jenna, the alter ego of Jodi who has amnesia. "I know how to respect the relationship of other couples at hindi po ako papatol kahit kailan sa isang lalaking may sabit na. Ayoko magmukhang kontrabida."

She turned 19 on Oct. 3 and instead of having a frivolous party, she chose to spend it with Ondoy and Pepeng victims in Marikina, distributing relief goods to them. "I felt na with the tragedy happening around us, para namang hindi appropriate na mag-celebrate ka pa with a party. I really want to thank my fans, the ‘Rhianatics,’ kasi sila ang nag-donate and repacked the goods we gave away. I’m so happy my fans are socially conscious at gustong makatulong sa mga nangangailangan nating kababayan. I also want to thank my sponsors and endorsements for their contribution. The best birthday gift I got is the high ratings of ‘Stairway to Heaven.’"

Aside from acting, Rhian has just launched her own dance album under EMI Records, "Audition Dance Battle."

"I’m so glad akong napili to do a dance album. First time ko to do such an album and it proves na magaling naman pala akong sumayaw."

A recent episode of the TV 5 showbiz talk show "Juicy" hosted by IC Mendoza and Alex Gonzaga was disapproved by the MTRCB allegedly because their guest Rosanna Roces made some scandalous statements about some stars not suited for viewers in its morning slot. They were told to clean it up but if they’d edit out Osang’s statements, "wala nang matitira sa show," someone told us.

We heard Osang is on the warpath again versus the Revillas. She said that Sen. Bong’s act of helping typhoon victims is just "kaplastikan," a trait she wouldn’t want their grandson Gab, now 4, to inherit from his grandpa. She alleged that in four years, Sen. Bong never supported Gab, the son of his own son, Jolo, even in medical checkups, which is not believable since it’s common knowledge that it’s the Revillas who shouldered Gab’s medications after he contracted primary complex while under the care of Osang and her daughter Grace.

Osang is said to be mad at the Revillas because they were just supposed to "borrow" Gab but never returned him. She added that the child Bong should borrow is his own son with a former beauty queen. She also attacked Bong’s wife, Lani Mercado, and said she’s willing to campaign against Lani if she runs for Congress in Bacoor. She even insinuated that Bong became rich because of his P250 million budget as head of public works committee.

"Sa totoo lang, ang dapat kagalitan ni Osang, yung anak niyang si Grace kasi ito ang mother ni Gab at siyang nagbigay ng go signal na doon na ito pagkatiwala sa mga Revilla," says someone close to Sen. Bong’s family. "Actually, libelous ang mga pinagsasabi niya at kung gusto siyang patulan ni Sen. Bong, puede siyang kasuhan ng slander."

Richard Gutierrez is best known for romantic Valentine films and his heroic roles on TV like "Captain Barbell" and "Zorro." He now stars in a horror film that’s guaranteed to scare the wits of moviegoers, "Patient X."

"This is a welcome change from the usual roles I do as I love horror and suspense flicks," he says. "I enjoy it when the viewers get tense and nervous while watching a thrilling scene. At dito sa ‘Patient X,’ all those who love getting a good scare will surely get more than what they expect. When we were watching the rushes, ako mismo, nagugulat sa maraming eksena. I must credit Direk Yam Laranas for his imaginative style in building up suspense then jolting the viewers with effective boo moments."

Interestingly, two of Richard’s fiercest opponents in the movie are his own brothers, Elvis and Rocky Gutierrez, who play mysterious creatures that are out to rescue Cristine Reyes after she becomes a patient of Richard in the hospital where he works as a doctor. "I must give credit to my brothers as I didn’t know they’d be that frightening in their roles that are definitely out of this world. You have to see it to believe it, kung gaano sila kagaling."

Does this mean he’s now turning his back on love stories?

"No. As a matter of fact, hindi pa nga naipapalabas ang ‘Patient X,’ GMA Films already asked to me to do a Valentine movie for them, so back to romance uli ako come February 14."

We heard GMA is now looking for a leading lady for him and they’re thinking of pairing Anne Curtis with him. There’s also a suggestion that they borrow Angel Locsin since they’ve done a lot of hit romantic flicks together. But we doubt very much if Star Cinema would lend Angel back to GMA at this point, even if the movie she is supposed to do with Aga Muhlach didn’t materialize.

Comedian Mang Enriquez started his career aping top broadcaster Mike Enriquez’ booming voice. His real name is Carlito Campos Jr. and he was a communication arts senior in UE when he was hired by GMA-7’s engineering department as a helper to cameramen during tapings. At work, he’s known for cracking funny jokes and when director Cesar Cosme conducted a TV Comedian Hunt, he joined and won. He was first cast in the sitcom "Bahay Mo Ba’To." "At first, hindi ko iniiwan ang job ko sa engineering, but there’s a conflict na sa work ko on cam and off cam so last December, I formally resigned and GMA Artist Center got me as one of their talents," he says.

He now appears as Michael V’s sidekick court jester in "Bitoy’s Showwwtime" every Saturday night. He has also done movies like "Hari ng Sablay" and "Scaregiver" and now plays a supporting role in the Aga-Regine movie for Viva Films. He’s 37 years old, married and has a one-year-old baby boy, Chad Carlo. His billboards as endorser of Alerto Coffee are all over the city.

Sexpot Alicia Mayer is making a comeback as the controlling manager of Akihiro Sato in "SRO Cinemaserye Present Moshi, Moshi I Love You." "My baby boy, named Caleb, is now one year old, so I felt it’s about time bumalik na ako sa pag-arte," she says. "Ayokong magtrabaho uli noong small baby pa lang siya and I waited na lumaki muna siya."

She looks so slim you wouldn’t think she has already given birth. Will she go sexy again like she did for FHM?

"No more. May offer nga ang Playboy but tinanggihan ko. Kasi I’m a mother now. Gusto ko namang respetuhin ako ng anak ko paglaki niya."

Are she and her mate (said to be the son of Pastor Eddie Villanueva) already married?

"Not yet, although we’ve talked about it. We’ll wait for the right time."

Her ex-boyfriend Edu Manzano is said to be running for senator. Will she help endorse him?

"No. Not because I don’t believe in him. May masasagasaan lang akong ibang tao kaya ibang politiko na lang ang susuportahan ko."

Sherwin Ordonez started at GMA as a member of Abstract Dancers (where Dingdong Dantes also began) then went into acting doing teeny bopper roles. He dropped out of circulation for a while but returned to acting last year in "Kurap," a sexy film which won for him the Star best new movie actor Award. After that, he played Janice de Belen’s estranged brother in the serious film, "Last Viewing." Now, he goes sexy again in "I Luv DreamGuyz," the story of five young men recruited to be members of a dance group called DreamGuyz that will work in Japan.

"Each of us has his own story," he says. "Ako yung boyfriend ng manager naming si Didi Gandangpepe, played by Jao Mapa. We have nude bedscenes together."

How sexy are they?

"Grabe, sobrang laplapan talaga, as in labas ang dila. At first, dinaya namin kaya nagalit si Direk Joel. Dapat daw, makitang enjoy kami sa ginagawa namin, so tinodo na namin."

How did he feel about it?

"Siempre nakakapanibago. I did butt exposure din in ‘Kurap,’ but at least, babae ang ka-love scene ko. Dito, pareho kaming lalaki. Jao and I are both married with kids. My eldest boy is 9 and studies at the Ateneo while my 5 year old girl is in kinder in Miriam. Definitely, hindi ko ipapapanood ito sa kanila. As for my wife, supportive naman siya sa career ko. I have another scene with Marco Morales, fantasy sequence na nagpa-fantasize siya in the shower with me. Buti pinaalis na raw sa final print kasi sobra na."

At 31, Sherwin looks much younger than his age. "Kaya nga ginagawa ko ito, to show na I’m capable of doing more mature roles. Kasi na-typecast ako masyado sa teen roles at gusto kong makawala na sa image na yan."

How do the teachers of his kids in Ateneo and Miriam react to his going sexy?

"I myself attend the parent-teacher meetings and they asked me about it, so I explained that as an actor, I need to do such scenes. I think they understand that it’s just part of my job. But hindi lang naman sex ang ‘DreamGuyz.’ We have three grand musical numbers here na pinaghirapan namin talaga nang husto."
