AIR FRANCE TO MAINTAIN RP-PARIS FLIGHT

Manila, May 25, 2003 -- Air France, now on its third year of operating the
only non-stop flight service from Manila to Paris, remains optimistic about
the continued growth of its business this year.

"I see growth (in revenues) for 2003. I am very confident," says Air France
General Manager Philippines Louis Vergeon. "We were not affected by the
SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) scare."

Air France's major market are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), mainly
contract workers and seamen. Hence, the SARS scare did not have an impact
on their operations.

Air France operates 3 direct flights per week from Manila-Paris-Manila with
no stops-over in between trips, no waiting in other airports to wait for
other passengers to board. A passenger who leaves Manila in the morning at
breakfast will be in Paris in time for dinner on the same day.

"We have a huge advantage. We are the only one offering this kind of
service, we have a good schedule and interconnections to the rest of
Europe. So, we have a good load factor," he explained.

Their hub in Charles de Gaulle Airport allows travelers to connect to more
than 100 other European destinations and more than 100 US cities.

The first ever Air France flight landed in Manila on December 9, 1949.
