NEWSFLASH!!!! SUNSHINE CRUZ IS NOW MRS. CESAR MONTANO

Quezon City, March 1, 2000 Rumors were confirmed to be factual when Cesar Montano showed how much he loved Sunshine Cruz by formally talking to her father Danny Cruz of the 747 Band to ask for her hand in marriage.

That confirmed that the two lovebirds were headed for the altar sooner or later. Sunshine wanted a grand wedding with all the trimmings in December, so that she would have almost a year to prepare.

But Cesar could no longer bear the wait, so they got married last week, at simple ceremonies officiated by the pastor of Bread of Life, where Cesar (who’s a born-again Christian) is a member.

And Sunshine’s dream wedding? No problem. The church wedding will go on as planned, in December.

Cesar had earlier talked to his children, especially 18-year-old Angela who was reportedly against the idea of her widowed father remarrying. Angela is only four years younger than Sunshine who is 15 years younger than Cesar.

A friend said Angela has accepted the reality, that there’s nothing that could bar Sunshine from becoming her stepmother.
