ROBIN IN SCHOOL, STUDYING TO BE A COP

Manila, Nov. 25, 1998 - The Bad Boy of Philippine movies, a celebrity ex-convict, has made a complete turn around.

Actor Robin Padilla, former Muntinglupa prisoner, is now enrolled at the Philippine College of Criminology, studying towards a degree in criminology and aiming to become a policeman.

He went back to school in time for the second semester and while waiting for the next movie project to come along.

His comeback movie TULAK NG BIBIG, KABIG NG DIBDIB with Maricel Soriano was a big commercial success, proving to all and sundry his box office drawing power.

Robin's movie career is still muddled by the resignation of his manager Manny Valera, who revealed that the Padilla family wanted commissions on his 10% commission.

Because of Robin's existing contract with FLT Films, the company's executive Rose Flaminiano is acting as his business manager.
