PUSONG MAMON NOW A TV SERIES
Manila, Sept. 22, 1998
- PUSONG MAMON, the film about a unique love triangle, was such a box office
success that Viva Films decided it hit the right formula for a TV series.
The same trio of accomplished, award-winning acting talents will play their original movie roles in the TV series.
Eric Quizon is the professional chef and owner of a five-star restaurant, living in with his lover Albert Martinez, who in turn is a top marketing executive. Lorna Tolentino works in Albert's office, and manages to seduce a drunken Albert.
The TV series will pick up where the hit movie ended: with the three of them living under one roof, taking care of their baby.
A pool of writers will assist head writer Ricky Lee.
The series is expected by industry insiders to air on GMA-7, where many of Viva's telesine projects have been shown.
