SAN MIGUEL BEER GOES FOR EQUALIZER
Pasay City, Aug. 10, 1998 - From the Manila Daily Bulletin: San Miguel Beer may have wrestled the momentum but Alaska still enjoys the psychological advantage when the 2 protagonists again clashed at Game 4 of the PBA Commissioners Cup finals at the Cuneta Astrodome last night
Before gametime, Alaska Coach Tim Cone said he is not worried. "I feel horrible for my players right now. I feel really bad for them but I am also confident with my players. I blew it during the last game, but they have the tendency to overcome my bad coaching."
The Beermen chopped the Milkmen's lead in the best-of-seven playoffs, 2-1 with an 88-81 decision last Friday. The Milkmen won Games 1 and 2 via 107-97 overtime last Sunday and 106-89last Tuesday.
