BETH TAMAYO LINKED TO MAYOR JINGGOY ESTRADA

Manila, July 19, 1998 - The Manila Times' Showtime page today featured an item linking actress Beth Tamayo to San Juan Mayor and presidential son Jinggoy Estrada.

Quoting "a Prattle source," the Times reports that Jinggoy was Beth's special guest at her uncle's birthday party, and were seen on a dinner date at the New World Hotel.

The article added that Beth's mother was with her during her outings with Mayor Estrada, "But how come Mrs. Tamayo's presence did not stop Beth and Jinggoy from being openly affectionate towards each other? According to our source, witnesses saw them kissing."

As early as January, the Manila Times had reported that "a Beth-Jinggoy romance could be in the offing because they went on a vacation to Cebu City together" right after they finished doing a movie.

Although Beth was chaperoned by her mom, the Manila Times said Mrs. Tamayo "does not seem to object to the affair."
