AGA AND DAYANARA BACK IN EACH OTHER'S ARMS?

Manila, July 5, 1998 - The Manila Standard's entertainment columnist Isah Red writes that Aga Muhlach's mysterious smile these days "tells you there is something -- or someone -- making him feel good, even on a bad day."

Isah reports that his very reliable source said Aga and former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres are back in each other's arms. Dayanara, of course, is in Manila shooting her Star Cinema movie co- starring Cesar Montano.

According to the report, Aga and Yari do not want to go public with their rekindled romance. "You see, they don't want the media to hound them again," said the source.

Aga's consistent position on his relationship with the Latin pop music star is that their romance "is on hold." Yes, on hold. Not a break-up, no goodbyes, no trip to splitsville. On Hold.

But it is not as simple as that for the two showbiz stars.

Dayanara has just successfully launched her singing career with a hit album. Will she sacrifice her blossoming career to become Mrs. Muhlach? Conversely, will Aga be willing to turn his back on his highly profitable and fulfilling movie career in the Philippines to join Dayanara in Puerto Rico?
