PBA CENTENNIAL TEAM VISAYAS TOUR
Manila, May 12, 1998 - The all-PBA national training team, which has been split into the North and South squads, embarks on a five-day, four-city tour of the Visayas tomorrow.
National coach Tim Cone has split the national pool, which gained another player with the addition of San Miguel's Allan Caicdic, into a team of nine players and another with ten.
Cone will coach the North team while MBA executive director Chot Reyes will call the shots for the South squad.
The teams will start their tour, dubbed the PBA Centennial Team Southern Tour, with a game tomorrow in Ormoc, Leyte. Thursday, they play in Cebu City and take a one day rest before flying to Bacolod City for Game 3. Game 4 will be played in Iloilo on Sunday.
