PBL WELCOMES 2 NEWCOMERS
Makati City, April 18, 1998 - Despite severe economic crunch the Philippine Basketball League (PBL) added two newcomers to the country's basketball arena.
The 2 newcomers, Dr J Alcohol and Zesta Juice Drink will battle Wilkins Distilled Water, Welcoat Paints, Chowking Oriental Fastfood, Batang Red Bull and Tanduay Centennial Rhum for the 1998 Yakult PBL Centennial Cup , which starts this weekend at the Makati Coliseum, PBL's pernament home.
