RUFFA PATCHES UP ANABELLE-DONITA RIFT

Manila, April 29, 1998 - Ruffa Gutierrez is a very happy person these days. The two women she holds dearest have finally buried the hatchet.

Ruffa's mother Anabelle Rama had always been vocal about not liking Donita Rose, Ruffa's best friend. Anabelle told people she thought Donita was a bad influence on her daughter.

But Anabelle's feelings towards Donita never stood in the way of the two young ladies, who have become genuine buddies.

Ruffa finally decided to do something about it. She arranged for the two to meet at the coffee shop of a five-star hotel. The heart-to-heart talk apparently worked.

The beauty queen-actress, who will represent the Philippines in the international pageant Miss Globe, now plans to host a dinner at the Gutierrez home to celebrate, and to allow her dad Eddie Gutierrez and the rest of the family to meet and get to know Donita.
