3 MITSUBISHI CARS UP FOR GRABS IN RP OPEN
Silang, Cavite, March 14, 1998 - Three Mitsubishi Adventure GLS cars will be staked in the Ericsson 83rd Philippine Open Pro-Am set on March 19-22 at the Riviera Golf and Country Club here in Silang. The three cars amount to a total of P2 million.
The Pro-Am, envisioned as the "mother of all Pro-Ams" which happens to fall on the birthday of President Fidel Ramos, precedes the P10-million Open and will have Frankie Minoza gunning for the one feather missing in his cap.
The Philippine Open is the most prestigious golf fest in the country. The Pro-Am is expected to surpass all previous Pro-Ams and officials guarantee every participant to have a heavenly feeling not to be forgotten in a lifetime.
Along with Ericsson, other supporters of the golf open are PLDT, RSBS, american Express Bank, Pagcor, DOT and PCSO.
