MARTIN HOSTING NEW TV TALK SHOW  

Manila, March 27, 1998 - The irrepressible Martin Nievera is back in Manila and will host a nightly show called "Martin@Nite.Com" for ABS-CBN. The 30-minute show will have as many as 15 writers.

The format is inspired by the shows of Oprah Winfrey, David Letterman, Jay Leno and others.

It comes on the heels of his defunct talk show "Martin After Dark" which was also on the Lopez network.

Martin is also releasing his new album "Journeys" in the United States under PolyEast Records. Daryl Hill, a record producer based in the US, also tapped Martin to be a part of an album to be recorded by Shanaya Twain, a talented, popular singer in the US.

His next major concert will be on July 4, to celebrate his 16th anniversary in show business.
