Manila, March 7, 1998 - It seems that the split-up of Aiko Melendez and boyfriend Jomari Yllana is just making their hearts grow fonder. Specially when Jomari had to be away at the Berlin Festival after they decided to break up.
But according to Aiko, Jomari while in Berlin phoned her everyday still professing ture love. "I am not closing my door to Jomari and I still love him," Aiko said.
It seems that Jomari just got fed up and got "tired" of Aiko's jealousies and demands. Both are highly pressured in their work and they need "rest" from each other.
Aiko denied the rumors that the are third parties involved on both sides. "Walang third party, okay? (No third party, okay?) None on my part and none on Jomari's part," she said.
Aiko Melendez just finished the blockbuster movie of Regal Films, "Ikaw Pa Rin Ang Iibigin Ko" (You Are Still The One I'll Love) and she has a new movie teamed up with her bosom friend, Eric Quizon, "Pagdating Ng Panahon" (When Time Comes) of Garibaldi International Inc.
The prediction is that, si Aiko at Jomari pa rin. Jomari and Aiko will be together again soon.
