MAKATI HAS TALLEST RP SKYSCRAPER

Makati City, Feb. 25, 1998 - The 45-storey Petron Mega Plaza Office Tower being built by Megaworld Properties, Inc will soon soar the already magnificent skyline of the business district of Makati City.

The tallest skyscraper to be completed in March will house the regional headquarters of the following multinational corporations: Petron Corporation Saudi-Aramco; the NEC Philippines; and the Philippine National Bank.

The P5-billion megasite on a 4,000 square-meters of property-owned lot will be the technology of fiber optic network. Each floor will have more than 200 telephone lines. It could be the first building in RP where all sides of the building are covered with high-performance, reflective and tempered glass curtain.

The mega plaza will conform to global space standards and facility requirements like that of multinaitonal corporation offices in the world.
