DOLPHY FUMING OVER ZSA ZSA RUMOR

Manila, Jan. 31, 1998 - When Dolphy was linked to sexy new star Lara Morena, the buzz spread fast but the blaze died down within a week or so.

Dolphy laughed it off, Lara was very embarrassed and concerned about Zsa Zsa's feelings. It was false and baseless, and drifted away like a summer breeze.

But the vicious rumor-starters did not stop. Their next target was Zsa Zsa herself, who they maliciously linked with "a member of a band" and even went as far as to say that the singer and the comedian have broken up over the affair. Another version had Dolphy hiring a private detective who allegedly confirmed the affair when he followed the two to a secret tryst.

"I want to make it clear that no such thing happened at all. Zsa Zsa and I have a very clear understanding that if we no longer want each other, we'll be very open about it and we will not keep secrets from each other," Dolphy said.

"Zsa Zsa is the last woman in my life. Please leave us be. We're quietly living our lives, why would anyone want to destroy that?"
