DONNA IN LOVE, FORGETS COMMITMENTS

Manila, Jan. 23, 1998 - Donna Cruz, who grew up in the public eye, is in love with a doctor from Cebu.

A lot of people were very happy for Donna, considering that this is her first serious romantic involvement since that juvenile pairing off with Ian de Leon when she was barely in her teens.

But fans and show business insiders were disappointed when Donna's love interest became a block instead of an inspiration in her career, because Donna has given her love life priority over her business commitments.

Last weekend, Donna was scheduled to be the main guest of "Eat Bulaga" but the show started and finished without her. Much to everyone's surprise, they found out that Donna and her mother had flown to Cebu to attend the Sinulog Festival with her doctor-beau.
