DAN FERNANDEZ GETTING HITCHED, RUNNING FOR OFFICE

Makati City, Jan. 4, 1998 - Action star Dan Fernandez is definitely marrying sexy star Sheila Ysrael at the end of this month. As Mrs. Dan Fernandez, the pretty actress will be campaigning for her husband, who has been drafted by the ruling party to run for office.

This was confirmed by Dan to the press attending a LAKAS political meeting last Friday, where he was chosen by the party to be a candidate for provincial board member in his home province of Laguna.

Dan comes from a Pagsanjan family with a long history of active political involvement.

Politicians and government officials will be very prominent at Dan's wedding, with Congressman Florante "Boy" Aquino as his major wedding sponsor. Congressman Aquino is running for Governor of Laguna.
