PAGSANJAN RESORT OFFERS ROPES CHALLENGE
Pagsanjan, Laguna, Dec. 1, 1997 - A novel and first-of-its-kind adventure awaits tourists, families, vacationers and seminar participants at the La Corona de Pagsanjan Resort Hotel's wooded campsite.
La Corona is opening a ropes challenge course, featuring both high and low elements, to complement its man-made rock-climbing structure overlooking the scenic Pagsanjan River. To add excitement and more thrills, there resort also offers a rappelling course and a water "slide for life" just like in Hollywood Indiana Jones-type movies.
All the new super attractions are in addition to the more usual resort facilities, such as three swimming pools, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.
For off-the-beaten track family vacations, La Corona has rough but safe facilities for camping, mini mountain trekking and for shooting the rapids. Cultural and historical facets of Laguna are also within reach, with arrangements for a tour of neighboring towns to view ancient churches, native industries, fishing villages and typical farms.
The resort has 36 air-conditioned cottages and three function rooms for stay-in seminars, retreats and conferences. Inquiries and reservations may be made through Best Western La Corona Hotel in Ermita, Manila.
