GARY-DONITA FRIENDSHIP BLOOMS
Manila, Dec. 21, 1997 - Those who know them are pleasantly amazed to watch the "new" relationship between Gary Estrada and Donita Rose. Gary and Donita called off their romance many months ago, and are now very good friends.
On the set of the "Monito, Monita" telesine (made-for-TV movie), the former sweethearts even had a kissing scene, because they played husband and wife. After the take, the two said "it's just a job" and laughed off all suggestions that their fire was rekindled.
Gary even went to the extent of asking to meet Donita's new boyfriend, a certain TJ. The happiest one of all. observers say, is probably Donita's mother, who frowned upon the romance at its peak.
