ROSANNA ROCES PREGNANT, NOT QUITTING SHOWBIZ

Manila, Dec. 13, 1997 - Top-rated actress and TV Host Rosanna Roces has a special glow these days. She's finally realizing her dream of having a child by her husband Tito Molina (son of jazz legend and business editor Lito Molina).

Yes, dear fans, the irrepressible "Osang" is pregnant, and is expecting to make a public announcement any day now, although the movie sections of most Manila newspapers have been hinting about her interesting condition for almost a week.

She has informed the officials of GMA-Channel 7 and was told that it's OK for her to continue hosting "Star Talk" even in maternity clothes. But there may be problems with her other regular GMA TV show, the sitcom "1-4-3" with Charlene Gonzales and Vic Sotto. Of course, the script writers can always write in her pregnancy.

As to the movie she is shooting with Philip Salvador for Regal Films, there are only a few scenes left to shoot before the wrap-up so there should be no complications because her condition is not yet obvious.

Rosanna has two daughters from a failed love affair.
