PUREFOODS TAKES GAME 2

Pasay City, Nov. 26, 1997 - Purefoods Hotdogs pulled off an 80-73 win over San Miguel Beer to take Game 2 of their best-of-five series in the semis of the PBA Governor's Cup at the Cuneta Astrodome last night.

Alvin Patrimonio carried the load for Purefoods, scoring 12 points in the last 12 minutes of the game.

Game 1 was won by San Miguel.
