REALTORS OVER BOARS, SHELL BOWS TO PUREFOODS

Pasay City, Nov. 5, 1997 - Sta. Lucia last night whipped Gordon's Gin 14-101 for a three-way tie for third place in the Governor's Cup of the Philippine Basketball Association at the Cuneta Astrodome.

Import Sean Green came in with 44 points, 10 rebounds and 10 steals, topped by three assists.

With the win, the Realtors went up a notch in the standings. They are now in third place with Gordon's and Purefoods, while San Miguel retains the lead followed by second placer Alaska Milk.

The Realtors broke away in the second quarter with a 55-41 lead.

In the first game, Purefoods beat Formula Shell, 94-87. The win improved the Beefies' standing to third.
