VICTOR WOOD OFFERED TITLE ROLE IN COMEDY FLICK

Manila, Nov. 30, 1997 - The original Juke Box King, Victor Wood, has been back for only a week and offers are already pouring in for concerts, recordings and movies.

Today, he is featured on the TV shows S.O.P. with the reigning Juke Box King April Boy Regino, singing a duet taped a few days ago in Subic.

For sentimental reasons, he decided to cancel a big comeback concert at the Araneta Coliseum and hold one instead for the folks in Balanga, Bataan.

The title role in an action-comedy movie, "Esteban Sugal: Kilabot ng Maynila" has been offered to him, and he is seriously considering appearing before the cameras again.

However, a major consideration for all his decisions is the family he temporarily left behind in California. Victor is now a very serious and devoted family man. His two kids Sydney and Simon are both aspiring singers.
