THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY TO STAR ROSSANA ROCES

Manila, Nov. 21, 1997 - Rosanna Roces will soon star in a movie for international release: "The Gods Must Be Crazy In Manila" opposite international actor Nixau, the star of the "Gods Must be Crazy" series.

The movie will be produced by Solar Films and will start shooting in various locations all over the Philippines early next year.

The Philippine Inquirer's Leah Gatdula reports that Rosanna is having second thoughts about the project because it will involve kissing scenes with co-star Nixau.

Gatdula reminds Ms. Roces that some of the most beautiful and successful actresses had kissing scenes with their comedian co-stars, like Andrew E. and the late Rene Requiestas, who starred in several "Pido Dida" films with Kris, the daughter of President Cory Aquino.
