CARMINA "VISITED" BY MOTHER'S GHOST

Manila, Nov. 11, 1997 - A Manila-based radio station specializing in show business news and chatter reported yesterday that Carmina Villarruel's often sees her mother's ghost.

Carmina herself told close friends, according to station DWST, about her mother's "visitations" and she's been advised that the occurrence may be because of her marriage to Rustom Padilla.

Her mother haunts her even in her dreams, Carmina says, and "appears" in her home day and night.

The DWST announcers said Carmina's mother may have been hurt when she went off and married Rustom at a very young age, and now she's watching over Carmina because of the break- up of the marriage.
