IS CESAR MONTANO AN IRRESPONSIBLE DAD?

Manila, Oct. 19, 1997 - Many were surprised this week with actress-singer Teresa Loyzaga's revelations that Cesar Montano is an irresponsible father to their love child Diego. Teresa made the emotional expose' during a live TV appearance.

According to Ms. Loyzaga, Cesar is remiss in sending regular financial support for their son. What hurts her more, she said, is how Cesar lies, telling media that he regularly visits their son and fulfils his responsibilities to the child.

She pointed out that when Diego celebrated his last birthday, Cesar did not visit, nor did he even bother to phone to say "happy birthday" to the child. The most that he does, Teresa says, is to call up her maid to inquire about Diego.

Teresa explained that she was forced to come out with the truth after reading and hearing falsehoods spread by the actor about his relationship with their son.
