This is the promise made by Tran Vinh Nguyen, chief operating officer of Camp John Hay Development Corporation. His company won the bid to develop the former US military rest and recreation installation into a world class vacation and convention destination.
"Within the first three years, we will offer 4,000 to 5,000 construction-related jobs. Once we start operating, there will open at least 5,000 positions for Baguio residents," he vowed.
