STA LUCIA IN 3-0 PBA SOLO LEAD
Pasay City, Sept. 29, 1997 - Sta. Lucia scored a very convincing 111-90 over Pop Cola at the Cuneta Astrodome here last night, catapulting the Realtors to a solo lead of the PBA Governor's Cup Elimination Round.
Jun Limpot scored 28 points, complemented by import Sean Green's 35 points. Green had nothing but praise for his team mates. The former Indiana Pacer, who made 4 successful 3- pointers for the night, said "We really have a great team; I don't have to score a lot since the rest of the team also contributes a lot."
Sta. Lucia coach Chot Reyes was all confidence and extremely pleased with his team's import. "Sean Green really makes the entire team look good and we have a good ball movement today which is a good sign for our campaign this conference," Reyes said.
