RUSTOM SHOULD HAVE KEPT OUR MARRIAGE SECRET- CARMINA


Manila, Sept. 9, 1997 -- Actress Carmina Villaroel says that actor Rustom Padilla should have kept their marriage a secret.

In her first interview since her estranged husband's revelations, Carmina admitted that she left their Paranaque conjugal home last week.

"Hindi ko makita ang rason kung bakit. Pwede naman niyang aminin na hiwalay na kami, but we didn't have to reveal that we got married. After all, we got married secretly, wala namang nakakaalam."

Asked what happened to push them apart, Carmina said there'sno third party involved. "Siguro, I feel na medyo nasasakal lang ako sa marrriage namin. But I don't think it happened overnight.... I still care for him and love him, as a friend."
