The PHNO homepage was created in December 1997 via Microsoft FrontPage 2003.
It's old, yes, but we intend to keep the original design as we continue
to conform with W3C (World Wide Web Consortium),

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an international community
where Member organizations, a full-time staff, and the public work together
to develop Web standards. Led by Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee and CEO Jeffrey Jaffe,
W3C's mission is to lead the Web to its full potential. Contact W3C for more information.

PHNO, as a group is strictly for non-profit news service, managed
and updated by a team of 3 busy people during their extra free time.
Number of Hits recorded the first week of December 2013 (Dec.1 to 7) was
via our site AWstats.

Our primary aim is to continue to provide ad-free, clear and
simply organized design for quick easy reading to all our
PHNO subscribers both online and at PHNO Yahoo Newsgroup.

PHNO  is now best viewed on IE and Mozilla Firefox, later versions.
Still fairly reasonably viewed only on Google Chrome and Apple Safari as we try to
continually cope with the rapidly developing Google and Apple technologies.
We thank and we appreciate our loyal readers and subscribers for their input and
understanding, it is you who we have in mind every time we try to improve this website.
God bless Tacloban! God bless the entire Philippines!
The best is yet to come for our country. Always believe in prayers.

This homepage was originally viewed on the 2 original browsers,
Netscape Navigator version 3.0  or Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 3.0 on a screen area of 800 x 600.
Wow, a long time ago! We are glad you are always here with us until now.
